The minimum attendance is the couple and 2 witnesses. If witnesses are an issue, I have been 100% successful thus far in finding them for a beach wedding on the beach when needed, but NO GUARANTEE; but it is better and less stressful for you to have your 2 witnesses.
Your ceremony is ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE. I will help you through your decisions, if you wish, and I will provide you with sample wedding ceremonies/vows for IDEAS if you don't have your own vows, from which you may cut and paste to make your own.
